Helpful hints:
-
A monitor set for 1024 x 768 pixels will show each
page of the training with a minimal amount of scrolling. We
suggest you use Internet Explorer's full screen mode (Press the
F11 key). For monitors with greater resolution, simply maximize
the Internet Explorer window.
-
In the office environment, you should really
consider the use of headphones. This will enable you to listen to
the presentation at a comfortable level without disturbing
coworkers and customers. Headphones designed for walkmans, iPods
or computers will work.
-
To print out your course materials, you will need
to have the computer hooked to a printer. If it is not, log on to
the Online Training Center from a computer that is connected to a
printer and print your materials. You can then log off and go back
to the other computer to view the course.
-
Watch the FREE Demo Course as it contains valuable
information regarding navigating the courses and maximizing your
learning experience. Also, be sure to print out the Demo Course
Reference Guide as it contains additional notes to assist you.
-
If you experience technical difficulties with any
of the courses, click on the Help & Support link in the lower
right hand corner of the slide you are viewing. Follow the online
instructions for sending a message to tech support. IT IS
IMPORTANT to do this from the computer in which you are
experiencing the problems as information regarding your computer
and its software will be reported to technical support that will
assist in solving the problem.
-
If you have a question regarding a course's
content, click on the Communication link and send a message to the
Course Instructor. Be sure to include information to assist the
Instructor in answering your question. Such information can
include your full name, course name, section number, specific
slide or quiz question. The more information shared, the faster
